  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched, including tracking information.

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

    • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (additional charges apply).

  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country.

    • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order size.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.

  • Orders are delivered during standard business hours (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • For lost packages, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the courier service.


7. Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes to shipping addresses or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
